我只是投資初哥,很久之前也留意到2...Hi 市場先生!<br /><br />我也是您的忠實粉絲,喜歡您簡單理論及實踐。<br /><br />我只是投資初哥,很久之前也留意到216這隻好股證明大家想法差不多。<br /><br />除了筆者所說的華廈,想看你對266天德地產及1098路勁基建的看法?<br /><br />前者也是大折讓一等一悶股,股息穩定,負債少,主要都是做地產投資,市盈率5左右,是否也值得價值投資者注意?<br /><br />後者是基建主要是中國業務,但一聽到中國我有點膽怯,負債比資產多一點但也同時大拆讓及派息穩定,翻看股東回購紀錄絕大部分都比現價高,不知市場先生您對這兩股票有何看法?請指教一下。:)<br /><br />JAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
